When it comes to how we operate, how our process works, and how we work within that process, we’re not very flexible. We operate under a very strict code we call our “How Rule,” and it’s never broken.

The How Rule: Work the way that works best for the client

Within the How Rule, though, how we approach your work is limited only by law: State, Federal, and Gravitational. This means we can customize virtually everything to meet your needs (hair color not included). Here’s a typical “how formula” that works well for most clients:

Further, in our four client commitments we promise to deal straight with you. That means if we can’t do what you want the way you want it, we’ll tell you—before you hire us. If we think there’s a better way to do it, or the solution you want won’t solve the problem you have, or you have other problems you don’t even know about, or you don’t have the problem you think you do and therefore don’t need to the spend money on this project, we’ll tell you that too. Sometimes we have to tell you stuff you don’t want to hear. We do it. You can tell us not to if you want, but usually that’s part of the reason you hired us in the first place.
